A New International Team of Sailors has been created! Sopraventus High Performance Team had his first month of big activities in October 2022.
Top selected sailors from USA, Germany, Italy, Norway, Turkey, Sinapur, Sweden and a good friend guest from New Zealand!
The Team started with 5 days training in Rome with very good medium conditions. Many interesting and different scenarios everyday with crossed waves, ground swell, current and light to medium winds.
After this week the Team moved to Garda for Atlantis Academy Clinic and then Torboli Autumn Trophy organized by Fraglia Vela Riva. Great week of full sailing!
Oustanding results for our Team Sailors… Mateo Coates from USA took a Bronze Medal and Martinius Hopstock from Noeway finished in 4th position!
Then part of the Team wento to Malta for a training with Maltese Sailing Federation Team. Very light winds due to an High Pressure that was heating the island. Big improvements!
For the end of October the Team moved again to Garda for a Training and then Halloween Cup organized by Circolo Vela Torbole. The Team was again hosted by Fraglia Vela Riva, our base in Lake Garda. All 6 sailors finished in GOLD FLEET with 2 sailors in the top 20 over almost 500 boats!
